Red and Yellow Cedar Baskets        Larger basket -- Traditional Tsimshian twining of yellow cedar over red cedar warps.  Basket has lid with bone bead and Austrian crystal bead. Lid has red trim and a fine braided finish. These baskets typically cost more than the plaited because they take so much more time to weave and preparation of the bark is very labor intensive.
